Congratulations to Andrew (and his dog Luca!) on his first ever home purchase!
Andrew began looking for an owner-occupied investment property in the beginning of 2017 and remaining patient, finally found this gem in Milwaukee late last fall. This property is unique in that it maintains two single family properties on one lot. With little to no remodeling work or upgrading needed to be done, Andrew can move in comfortably and find a renter for the other unit.
While things got a little rocky during the home inspection negotiations due to some minor defects, Andrew and the seller were able to mutually agree on a closing cost credit that ultimately led to a smooth closing.
